Elder Aaron Jolley

  I forgot to send this email last week so this email will have two weeks in one. 2 weeks ago  was one of the funnest weeks of my mission for sure. We went up to Warsaw for zone conference but my companion Elder Draschil wrote a song for a music video so we went up earlier and stayed a day later. To get some good footage without people in the background we woke up at4 am so that we were ready by 430 when the sun rose to go to Old Town and take video. We did that two days in a row but it was really fun to be out when almost no one else was. We also had a branch activity where we played some ultimate Frisbee and met some cool people.  For this last week the highlight was definitely Saturday. On saturday we were invited to dinner by an American family who was visiting Wroclaw who live in Germany. It was really cool because the mom had served a mission in the Poland mission 20 years ago.   We had a good week this week. There are some jarmarki in the rynek so there are so many people out. The covid restrictions are going away too so we can eat in restaurants again. The city looks so different in the summer everything is green and bright and so much busier than before. We used to have a two weeks supply of food that we kept in the apartment in case someone got covid and we had to quarantine but they ended up cutting that down to just 72 hours so we had a lot of food to eat over the last couple weeks. We ate rice and vegetables pretty much everyday for lunch for the last three weeks it seems. It was kinda horrible by the end but we saved a bunch of money. have a good week everybody
